Not too long ago I was invited to an Italian Cooking Class / food shoot for Get It Magazine. It was an exceptionally chilled day which made my job so much easier. In fact, I don’t think I’d even categorise this one as ‘work’. I learnt how to make pasta from scratch. Dough, flatten, press, cut. I made spaghetti sauce from herbs, oil, wine & a whole bunch of things I can’t recall right now. I rolled meat balls. I got my hands dirty. I drank red wine. I ate & laughed.
